Bolted steel, and the brand if you know it. If you do not know, a photo of the shell tells us most of what we need.

Roughly how big
Diameter and height, or the capacity if that is what you have. Rough is fine at this stage.

Where it is
The town will do. It decides which crew and how a site visit fits around what is already running.

What is going on with it
New build, a leak, a service due, or a tank at the end of its life. If it is leaking, when you first noticed helps.
