Finding the fault
Bolted tanks fail in a small number of well known places, and the seams and seals account for most of it. Water tracks along a floor and appears somewhere else entirely, so the wet patch outside is the last place worth looking.

Repairs, not replacements
A tank with sound steel and tired seals is a seal job. Being told to replace the whole thing is usually a sign you are talking to someone who only sells new ones.

Finding where a tank actually leaks, which is very rarely where the water shows up on the outside.

Panel replacement
Damaged or corroded panels out, sound ones in, and the seals seated properly on the way back together.

Seals and gaskets
The usual culprit, and the cheapest thing on this list to put right if somebody looks at it early enough.

Structural repair
Shell, roof steel and rafters where the structure itself has taken damage rather than just leaked.

Refurbishment
Older tanks brought back into service instead of replaced, where the shell is still worth the work.

Whoever built it
We hold no brand's warranty and defend nobody's install. A good share of this work is other crews' tanks that need putting right.

Knowing precisely where an install goes wrong is why ours hold. It is also why we are quick at finding the fault in someone else's.

Back into service
New panels, new seals, or a new liner over a shell that is still perfectly good. A tank that has been put right properly should not be distinguishable from one that never went wrong.
